Click and Collect


At this unprecedented time, we're working hard to ensure you can collect your goods in a safe and responsible way.  Please bear with us and be considerate to our team and other customers on collection.

We are aiming to ensure items are ready for collection within 4 hours of the order being placed. During very busy periods this may not always be possible though we will try our best to stick to this schedule.

How it works

Place and pay for your order online using a credit or debit card.  You'll receive a confirmation email after placing the order to let you know we've received it.

Don't come to the garden centre until you receive an email to let you know your order is ready for collection!

Our team will get to work picking all the items you've ordered and get them ready for you.  Once they're ready, we'll send you an email to let you know that your order is ready for collection.  Please come to the garden centre as soon as you can after this to collect your order.

The Click and Collect parking spaces are now situated in the bottom right of the car park. When you arrive at the garden centre please park in one of the designated parking spaces on the right of the building and call us on 01564 777106 to let us know you've arrived.

Your order will be left by your car for you to load, then you're good to go!

If your items are heavy and you don't think you can load your vehicle.  Please open your boot and get back in your car.

Please remember to always keep 2 metres away from other people.

Order Cutoff & Collection Times

We're doing our best to get orders ready for collection as quickly as we can, but in these unusual times things may not always go to plan, so please ensure you wait for the confirmation email before coming to collect.

Collections take place in the Wyndley Garden Centre car park, in the bottom right corner, Monday - Sunday 10am - 4pm. We are now open for Click & Collect on Sundays.
